Showcasing: Personalized talking avatars and you!
Oddcast's technology innovations have opened up new opportunities for audience participation and entertainment. We pioneered the use of personalized talking avatars. Our 3D PhotoFace technology creates realistic 3D likenesses from a single uploaded image, and 3D VideoStar lets users mash themselves into existing film footage. We have also invented technologies that let audiences participate in virtual karaoke competitions, type lyrics that are sung out loud, participate in multi-user 3D environments, and even communicate in real time voice using animated flash characters. At Oddcast, we're passionate about online technology and creating better, more participatory experiences for consumers. When a technology for an experience we want to create doesn't exist, we invent it. When brands and agencies demand a new way to reach audiences, we imagine it.

Panel Discussion-Content Integration
8th Floor Open Area
Where is Branded Content Going?
We’ve assembled a great panel from Hearst, Time Warner and YouTube to explore the increasingly changing world of content integration and branded content.
It’s no surprise that this is an area of growing importance to advertisers who are trying to uncover new ways to be seen and heard, as opposed to being TiVo’d and skipped. Branded content gives an opportunity to convey a brand message in an orginal and organic way. It means being part of content, not merely surrounding or sponsoring it.
While many associate this area with “product placement on TV,” it is growing across multiple media forms including film, programming, user-generated content, social, print and merchandising. All of these platforms offer opportunities for advertisers to think beyond :30’s, pages and banners. But to do so, we have to act more like producers and publishers.
Join us at 4:00pm near on the 8th floor open seating area to get some expert insights and ideas from Michael Clinton, CMO, Hearst Magazines, Mark D’Arcy, CCO, Time Warner and Alexandra Levy, Director of Branded Entertainment at Google.
